Our Approach

We use a modernist, people centered approach to organisational and project development.  No imposition of the latest newest fad in business development here! We listen and learn from you, to allow us to help you build on your ideas and solutions based on what is best for your organisation, group or community because ultimately you, the client, are the long term solution and the expert.

We have a core team of two people who can draw on a number of experienced individuals on our database with a wide variety of practical skills developed over many years.  We only use consultants we know well and that we know use a similar approach and will provide a service to the level our clients expect.  All our consultants are or have recently worked “at the coalface” of the sector and all must know and understand well the problems, trials and rewards.  The only exceptions to these rules are when specific technical assistance is required.

Our approach to all projects is flexible and takes on board the differing nature and requirements of clients, communities (whether geographical or “of interest”) and the target audience.  Sustainable development, or the balance between environmental, social and economic considerations is integral to our ethos.

We can also work through the medium of Welsh if required.
